The TFE logo: a history, a brand, a corporate identity

TFE is the name of the group. It represents the procurement techniques that have been applied by Laurent Dub and his team for over twenty years.

Key dates and logos

  • First trading company set up by Laurent Dub in Cameroon.

  • TFE (Techniques Françaises d'Export) France procurement centre set up.

    The business focuses on industrial goods for public works,
    forestry, plantations and agri-food.

    Office in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis) - Paris region

    First TFE logo:

  • TFE expands and sets up in Africa: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo,Ivory Coast, Gabon, Libya, Madagascar,
    Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Chad, Tunisia.

  • TFE logo changes:

  • TFE Belgium branch opens in Brussels.

  • TFE develops its business in the oil, gas and energy sector.

    TFE head office is transferred to Caissargues (Gard) in the South of France, close to Marseilles.

    The Logistics department remains in Bobigny, Seine-Saint-Denis, close to the international airport Roissy Charles de Gaulle

  • TFE Group Inc. set up.

    TFE Group Inc branches open in USA: Houston (Texas) and Rancho Santa Margarita (California)

    TFE logo changes:

  • TFE China branch opens in Shanghai.

    TFE registers a new trademark at Nîmes Commercial Court
    called MyLubricants, its subsidiary specialising in lubricants

    First Mylubricants logo:

  • TFE expands its business to mining.

    RSA branch opens in Cape Town and an office in Johannesburg

  • TFE RSA subsidiary opens (Cape Town and Johannesburg) and KPO in Angola. Branch opens in Congo and a sales office in Ghana.

  • TFE Group forms a consortium with Kappa Oil Services to develop delegated procurement with Angola LNG.
